As a Producing Branch Manager, your role centers on leadership and performance. You'll lead a team by example, managing branch operations, coaching associates, and ensuring branch success.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading by example with personal sales performance and coaching associates
• Meeting revenue goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Generating mortgage leads through relationship-building
• Coaching Loan Originators to meet individual and branch targets
• Resolving customer and associate issues
• Recruiting, training, and supervising Loan Officers and staff
• Managing branch backlog sales capture and P&L
• Liaising between internal sales and fulfillment teams
• Engaging in relationship management with builders and training their sales consultants on mortgage basics

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and willingness to learn
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations
• Proficiency in standard software and excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service focus
• Ability to handle high work volumes and work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of escrow processes and a valid driver's license required
• College education preferred with Branch Management experience strongly desired
• Active NMLS RMLO License in Idaho and minimum 5 years of related experience required.
