Responsibilities:

Control the Lead (communicating with potential clients) to Prospect (recruiting, email, call, schedule visits) to Commitment (the sale) process in the business.

Consult directly with Paid Marketing company that runs our marketing campaign and drives lead generation.

Manage our Tech platform that collects our leads (potential clients), then text, email, call those leads.

Assist General Manager with Ad Campaign choices, bi-weekly meetings and sales updates to our coaching staff.

Track all leads with a scorecard (% of trials and % of sales). Also attrition %.

Track current gym Membership Master list and potential sales and member milestones.

Track our free trials and low barrier offers, be timely with upsale opportunities.

Track our point of sale system and daily attendance list - which leads have shown up daily

Track our class attendance and utilization of product.

Manage a few part-time front desk helpers that can take phone calls, unpaids, phone messages, and any upkeep of lobby and front desk area.

Give facility tours. Instruct clients on sign in process.

Be a friendly face at the door of D1 Training. Represent the product and our core values. Treat people with respect and being able to encourage people in their fitness journey. Be able to relate to scholastic age kids who are pursuing sports and also Adults who are committed to their fitness routines.

Close out sales in a point of sale system.

Help schedule appointments and 1-1 private training for the coaches in the gym.

Possible 1-time off-site event per month. Pass out fliers and talk to folks about D1 Training and what we do at D1 Training.

Lobby Appearance and Customer Relations.

Possible sale of apparel, water / sport drinks / supplements.

Occasional on-turf coaching optional (depending on expertise and background)
