Paid Marketing Specialist Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re seeking a skilled Paid Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly on the Google Ads and Meta platforms. This individual will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, optimizing campaigns, proposing innovative strategies, conducting experiments, and exploring new advertising avenues. They will also be responsible for some technical SEO tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta.
• Conduct A/B tests using various campaigns to identify optimal strategies.
• Refine (existing) and test new ad copy, images, and other creatives to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to build new ad creatives.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other data sources to optimize ongoing campaigns.
• Manage keyword targeting and continually refine strategies to maximize ROAS.
• Propose budget changes based on performance analysis and business objectives.
• Propose new campaigns based on performance analysis and business objectives.
• Research competitor's advertising practices and suggest new strategies/opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and keyword rankings.
• Conduct technical SEO audits. Identify and resolve any issues.
• Optimize site structure, URLs, and internal linking.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or a related field.
• _ years of proven experience in Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns at an agency or in-house.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor data.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital marketing tactics.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
