Responsibilities

- Excel in eliciting and analyzing both business and technical requirements, focusing particularly on ERP implementations, to craft top-tier technology solutions.

- Lead and energize collaboration with both internal teams and external partners, spearheading the integration of state-of-the-art solutions across cloud, SaaS, and custom applications.

- Convert complex business demands into clear, practical technical specifications and functional designs, with a spotlight on streamlining ERP processes.

- Establish yourself as a go-to expert across various business sectors, utilizing tools like Greatplains, Power BI, and MS Project Online, with a special focus on enhancing ERP systems.

- Demonstrate advanced project management skills, overseeing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, primarily in ERP-related initiatives.

- Manage vendor relationships expertly, oversee technical issues, and craft detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), with a concentration on ERP systems.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a technical Business Analyst role, with a robust background in enterprise IT and a strong focus on ERP implementations and supply chain enhancements.

- Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CIS, Computer Science, or related field, with advanced degrees favored.

- 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or similar role within a software development environment.

- Skilled in Agile methodologies and adept in a fast-paced release cycle environment.

- Profound knowledge of Business Analyst methodologies and tools, especially tailored for ERP implementations.

- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Netsuite and Dynamics365, and willingness to engage with niche-specific systems like Mind & Body and Coreview.

- Professional certifications like CBAP, PMP, or familiarity with ITIL frameworks are a plus.
