Day-to-day duties (not limited to) would include :

• Diagnose and repair various makes and models of commercial and residential air conditioning equipment
• The ability to lift heavy equipment, squat, crawl, kneel, climb, fit in small places, and work outside the Southwest Florida climate.
• We use our in-house electronic system to document and communicate all work.

Requirements

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, you will work with the customer and our staff to help solve service HVAC and refrigeration issues, prevention, and overall maintenance.

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration; other trade or mechanical knowledge will be considered
• Independent : enjoys working with little direction
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Must be open to cross-training opportunities

The safety of our staff is essential to us and a responsibility we do not take lightly. This position will require a Driver’s License Check, Background Check, and Drug Test.
