- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for maintenance positions
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for all other positions
Sign-On bonus to be paid $200 a month the 1st - 5th month, and $500 or $1000 on month 6.
**Night Shift Premium (for overnight shifts): $1.50 in addition to base rate.
Monthly Bonuses: Attendance - up to $300 a month
Location Premium: 15% of base pay each pay period
Incentive Bonus - as high as 30% based on team performance*
401K now matched at 7%!
Schedule: This position will be required to work on a ROTATING (Day/Night) shift.
Responsibilities:
- Performs data entry, updating information in the tracking systems.
- Communicate with suppliers and clients to guarantee satisfaction on purchase orders.
- Responsible for receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Process receptions, dispatches, transformations in SAP and ensure that SAP reflects the right quantity and the accurate product description.
- Plan and track the shipment of the orders according to customers requirement.
Required Skills:
IT tools: SAP, Excel(must), Outlook , Windows (must)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Seniority/Experience: preferable in Logistics, Logistics Support, Planning
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to learn company specific software.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary, including weekends split shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
- Experience with desk phones; personal computer; copy machine; fax machine; radio; 10-key calculator; vehicle, and other equipment pertaining to this position.
- Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to effectively abide company policies, procedures, and technology
- Able to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
