Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Examples of Responsibilities:

· Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

· Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.

· Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

· Assist with patient assessments, admissions, and discharges.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.

Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Current LVN license in the State of California

· CPR Certification required

· Current IV Certification through the State of California required

· Minimum of 6 months experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred

· Current Certification as a Sitter for 5150 patients or within 60 days of hire

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Compassionate demeanor and dedication to patient-centered care.
