Reports To: Operations Manager

Location: Southwest Arkansas, Northwest Arkansas, Central Arkansas

General Duties: Transport, deliver, and merchandise products for retail accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the vehicle and equipment
• Manage truck inventory and perform daily reconciliation
• Deliver and merchandise products for retail accounts, ensuring compliance with MK delivery and merchandising standards
• Collect and reconcile payments from retail accounts
• Participate in weekend pull-up rotation as required
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Keep CDL eligibility current at all times
• Complete training with successful outcomes in a timely manner
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old
• CDL preferred but not required
• Basic math skills
• Legible writing skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform essential physical job functions successfully through job simulation testing
• Successful completion of all DOT testing, including drug testing
• Must be insurable by the company's MK commercial carrier
