Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibilities for this role is to act as a servant leader and coach for the Consultant team.
• They will educate the team in principles and practices to ensure Agile process is followed.
• The Scrum Master will eliminate impediments to allow the team to focus on achieving goals committed.
• Foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics and continuous improvement.
• Enable team to self-organize, self-manage & deliver via Lean-Agile practices.
• Support and reinforce the rules of Scrum, built-in quality practices, WIP limits and all other process rules the team has agreed on.
• Foster collaboration and transparence between teams, internal and external.
• Facilitate team progress toward daily team and iteration goals in support of Kroger objectives and key results (OKR).
• Lead team efforts in relentless improvements through retrospectives and problem-solving techniques.
• Lastly, they will Foster a team culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship to constantly improve the quality of their deliverables.

Required Skills:

• 3 years of Scrum Master experience
• Strong Agile background
