Due to continued company growth and success, we have an immediate need for a Production / Facilities Supervisor who will be responsible for all production processes, equipment, and facilities in our PA facility.

Job Details
Is your background a match?
- High School Diploma / GED; Bachelor's preferred
- 3 years of experience in a facilities, manufacturing or warehouse environment with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques, lean manufacturing principles
- Experience facilitating Root Cause Analyst and leading EHS initiatives
- Prior exposure using JDEdwards and ERP or MES
- Proficient in MS Office applications
What will you be doing?
- Lead and engage hourly teams in process improvement and rapid problem-solving activities
- Resolve conflict; coach and counsel employees
- Manage, lead, and be accountable for the crew’s environmental, health, and safety performance and practices
- Lead EHS initiatives throughout the organization and perform FBP self-assessments
- Prepare paperwork for outbound materials
- Maintain all quality, process management and production standards
- Complete autonomous maintenance
- Enforce workplace rules, policies, procedures, and labor agreement
- Plan, manage, and execute departmental operating plans and tactical operations(scheduling, crew assignments, and overtime)
- Maintain good employee relations with internal and external customers
