Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform concepts into reality. As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and oversee project execution from inception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the success of our growing firm.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design team members and clients to determine project requirements, goals, and budget
• Develop design concepts and present ideas to clients using sketches, mood boards, and digital presentations
• Create detailed design plans, including space layouts, material selections, and color schemes
• Select furniture, fixtures, and accessories that align with the design vision and meet the client's needs
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
• Oversee the implementation of design plans, including site visits, quality inspections, and project management
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the design process to address any concerns or modifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential and commercial projects
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative abilities
• Professional licensure or pursuit of licensure is encouraged.
