Overview

Miroh Meals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the store, including front and back of the house.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Organize and maintain the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Schedule and supervise staff, including assigning duties and shifts.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the business.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for the owner. Coordinate with the sous chef on menu planning and development.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
• Implement systems for efficient organization and storage of inventory and kitchen equipment.
• Train staff on proper inventory management procedures and kitchen protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in food service management.
• Collaborate with the owner on strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

Schedule

• Sunday: 8A.M.-6P.M.
• Monday: 8A.M.-6P.M.
• Tuesday: 8A.M.-6P.M.
• Wednesday: 8A.M.-6P.M.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the food industry.
• Knowledge of vegan cuisine and dietary preferences.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
