Responsibilities

Perform routine building maintenance duties including painting, general facility repairs, light plumbing and electrical work, preventative maintenance on all equipment such as air filters, air handlers, motors, belt replacement.

Comply with all safety and health regulations

Report issues / any concerns to supervisor

Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs

Maintain equipment as well as other areas of the building

Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

2 years of experience

General preventative maintenance

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time, ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb ladders on roofs and lifting over 40 pounds

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisor

Individual must also have a good driving record; background and references will be checked

Must be able to work alternate weekends with an adjustable schedule and work outside of normal work hours when necessary.
