Aggie's Country Living is Hiring a Resident Care Assistant Near Bloomer, WI

About us

We are a smaller assisted living facility, located in Eagleton, caring for the elderly/memory care giving personalized care to each resident. Quality of care is our number one priority and we are looking for more great caregivers to join our team! Full dental and vision paid by company along with 401K.

We are looking for a Resident Care Associate to join our team and provide quality care to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, providing emotional support, and helping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in challenging situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the supervisor.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding of residents.
  • Ensure that the environment is safe and clean for residents.
  • Assist with transferring residents in and out of wheelchairs or beds.
  • Provide physical assistance to residents when needed.

$1 increase in pay after 90 days!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
