We are a smaller assisted living facility, located in Eagleton, caring for the elderly/memory care giving personalized care to each resident. We are looking for a Resident Care Associate to join our team and provide quality care to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, providing emotional support, and helping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
Responsibilities:
$1 increase in pay after 90 days!
