Role: We are currently seeking a Shift Lead for our Taco Bell location in Blanchard, Oklahoma. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of employees during your shift. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience and that our restaurant runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of employees during your shift

- Train new employees

- Ensure that food quality and safety standards are met

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant

- Provide excellent customer service

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the fast-food industry

- Leadership experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Reliable Transportation/Driver's License

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to perform basic math

- Must be able to pass a background check
