About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always a top priority.
• Write details reports outlining operations and activities during assigned shift(s).
• Routine foot patrols of the client facility.
• Monitor the client facility for trespassers, theft of client property/materials, or acts of vandalism.
• Use radio or telephone communications to call for assistance from police, fire, or emergency medical services as the situation dictates.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Routines vehicle patrols of client property through the use of a company vehicle during work hours.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Other security duties as assigned.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
• You have a valid driver's license.
• You’re able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to follow directions including company policies and guidelines.
• Ability to exercise good judgment.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work outside when needed.
• You’re good at reading and writing detailed reports.
• Constant physical effort, including standing, walking, and sitting is required during regular work hours at a minimum of eight hours per day.
• Must be able to navigate/walk on uneven surfaces, including natural ground in varying weather conditions.
