Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests while also handling laundry duties efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities
- Launder linens, towels, and other items following proper procedures
- Ensure all laundry is properly sorted, washed, dried, folded, and stored
- Handle dry cleaning tasks as required
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team
- Adhere to health and safety standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and laundry procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed
