We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Duties:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions
- Support employee relations by addressing questions and concerns from staff
- Assist in benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Collaborate with the HR team on talent management initiatives
- Participate in HR projects such as performance management and training programs
- Conduct cold calling for recruitment purposes
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience in HR coordination or related roles
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
