We are looking for a genuine, motivated, and driven team member to join our Apartment Living team as a Carpet Cleaning Technician.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Clean carpets using a hot water extraction machine in both occupied and vacant apartment homes.
- Maintain a schedule of appointments for service.
- Provide service in both occupied residences and vacant apartment homes
- Communicate with customers and team members to provide excellent service
- Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am 5 pm with some overtime and weekends seasonally
- Assist other teams when schedule allows
- Snow removal
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Physical agility and mobility
- Valid drivers license and safe driving record
- Positive references and criminal background check
