Primary Function:
Assist in ordering material and services for government and commercial contracts in compliance with NQA1, ASME or other Quality Assurance programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Financial System and Order processing systems, and ability to learn additional software. Ability to project a professional demeanor and communicate across all levels of the company.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit in a stationary position for extended periods of time while working at a computer. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet – typical of what is generally found in an office setting. The employee will occasionally find it necessary to enter a manufacturing environment. The manufacturing environment is typical of that type of setting – employees may be exposed to inclement weather, loud noises, tripping hazards; and there may be exposure to sparks, welding arc, open flame, and moving equipment.
