We're seeking motivated individuals with outside sales experience to scout storm-affected areas, collaborate with property owners, and exceed customer expectations by providing industry-leading roofing services in our community. Outside sales experience, communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver's license are required. Earning potential of $175k per year.

Responsibilities:

• Independently scout storm-affected areas and prospect roofing opportunities.
• Coordinate property inspections, estimates, and advocate for the company during the insurance claim process.
• Meet with insurance adjusters, develop project scopes, and finalize contracts with property owners.
• Gain proficiency in advanced roofing systems and estimate related exterior trades (siding, gutters, windows).
• Document all activities in CRM and project management systems.
• Support project management and accounts receivable tasks as required.

Must be able to:

• Perform field and office duties.
• Utilize company vehicles with a valid driver's license.
• Conduct roof and exterior trade inspections using ladders.
• Attend company meetings and training sessions.

Notice:

This full-time position allows for hybrid work arrangements. Some on-site projects or inspections may necessitate early mornings or late afternoons, extending beyond traditional '9 to 5' hours.

Physical Demands:

Sales Representatives should be able to stand, sit at an office space, see, hear, and understand speech, communicate, and lift computer equipment, supplies, and materials.
