We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, including managing tenant relations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the property.
• Maintain records of tenant information and rental agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Negotiate leases with tenants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
