Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Co-manager to join our team. The Co-manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, delivering excellent leadership, and maximizing profitability. This Manager would ideally have experience in coffee shops, brunch restaurants, and understand how both the front of house and back of house operate. Saturday Sunday Availability is needed, especially Sundays.

Duties:

- Assist in managing store staff and delegating tasks effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions, including opening and closing registers
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and financial goals
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance

-Shopping for products on an as needed basis

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in budgeting, cash handling, and inventory control
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting principles
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
