**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with the leasing process, conducting property tours, and ensuring high occupancy rates. **Duties:** - Conduct property tours for potential tenants - Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants - Process lease applications and renewals - Assist in marketing and advertising available units - Coordinate move-ins and move-outs - Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants - Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred - Ability to upsell additional services or amenities - Knowledge of real estate administrative processes - Strong conflict management skills - Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus - Proficiency in Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software - Experience with office and legal administrative tasks - Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is advantageous Joining our team as a Leasing Agent offers the opportunity for career growth, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment.
