The Siegel Group is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Birmingham, AL
**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for hospitality. We cross train our staff to handle front desk and housekeeping duties.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and work order requests
- Housekeeping of common areas and rooms as needed
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Strong at phone and face to face sales
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to handle various guest situations
- Housekeeping Experience is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
