We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, recruitment, and account management. As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, as well as managing client accounts and fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
• Manage client accounts, including negotiating contracts, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, client accounts, and business development efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, sales, and/or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and sales goals.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with recruitment software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events.
