Masonite is Hiring a Material Handler Near Birchwood, WI
Stages components for the day’s orders to ensure quick change overs and performs change overs. Verify correct materials are brought to presses. Load and drop orders. Bands unused materials and returns to warehouse. Maintain safety and pedestrian awareness at all times. Conduct performance and mechanical forklift inspections. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years as forklift operator (certified) preferred but will certify.
- Able to read and understand job orders
- Must be able to pass a forklift physical
- Able to perform in a fast paced and high volume environment
- High level of mental awareness and attention to detail
- Able to read/interpret tags
- Good attendance record
- Work as a team
- Able to lift, twist and bend occasionally
- Able to lift over 50 pounds occasionally
- Frequently climb up and step down from forklift
