The Reservations Agent will work directly with the Reservations team, ensuring a world class guest experience by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service in handling all requests via phone and email for guest room reservations, availability, changes, cancellations and other related information.This position may be based out of our remote offices in Carmel.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma and/or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working a reservations and phone operating system
- Background in customer service and boutique hospitality preferred
- Detailed communication and computer skills
