What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will procure industrial materials, supplies, consumables, contractor services, etc for internal clients from approved requisition(s) in a timely manner
  • Follow up on critical order execution is part of your role
  • You will work with the financial organization to resolve invoice & payment issues
  • Further you will assist in soliciting and analyzing quotations and issue purchase orders through the Oracle system
  • Additionally you will support major projects, expedite supplier optimization progress and monitor timelines and to follow up on new bids and capture the savings on margin contribution
  • Identify opportunities for inter-co supply chain and provide optimized solutions with analytical details

What makes you great

  • You have 2-3 years of Sales, Engineering, Operations, logistics or related field required
  • Excellent skill in Microsoft Excel are required in this role
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Knowledge in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, Engineering or related fields preferred
  • Further prior experience with an ERP system such as J D Edwards or Oracle preferred
