Position: Full-Time PHP/IOP Clinician

We're expanding our continuum of care to meet the diverse needs of our clients, and we need someone like you who is ambitious and passionate about making a difference.
Your Role:
In this dynamic position, you'll focus on individual therapy and group facilitation in an outpatient setting. Your key responsibilities will include intake and assessment, family interventions, care coordination, crisis intervention, and clinical case management. You'll also develop treatment plans and referrals for your clients, ensuring their journey to recovery is smooth and effective.

What You’ll Do:
Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions.
Conduct meaningful individual therapy with clients and families.
Document client progress and interventions meticulously.
Handle psychiatric crisis situations with expertise and care.
Educate clients about Advance Directives.
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and physicians.
Respond to medical emergencies as needed.
Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Licensed LADC or CADC
At least two years of experience in a substance abuse or mental health treatment setting
Expertise in individual, family, and group therapy related to mental health and/or substance abuse
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
