**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist physicians in providing patient care in various medical settings.

**Duties:**

- Perform clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting during procedures

- Administer medications under physician's direction

- Record patient information in electronic health records

- Schedule patient appointments and procedures

- Handle medical administrative tasks such as billing and coding

- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications

- Be able to draw blood and participate in assisting physician with some procedures

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology

- Experience in hospital medicine, urgent care, or medical-surgical settings

- Proficiency in coding and medical administrative support

- Ability to perform vital signs assessments accurately

- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on compassionate care

- Familiarity with basic medicine practices
