Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $44.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Business Analyst
Skills and experience we are seeking:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager, or a similar type of role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Administration or Office Management.
- Experience or familiarity with the ServiceNow report writing tool.
- Experience or familiarity using and supporting ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience with creating and maintaining department templates
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and document findings.
- Excellent analytic, problem solving and coaching skills, with the ability to take a thoughtful driven approach to addressing each assignment.
- Someone who is self-motivated and will jump in and do the work.
- Experience with general departmental SharePoint site content maintenance
- Particularly strong Excel user, including experience with integrating date from multiple sources, data analysis, usage of advanced Excel functions. Preferred Experience
- Healthcare, hospital/health system work experience Experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or a similar type of role - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Administration, or Office Management - Experience or familiarity with the ServiceNow report writing tool - Experience or familiarity using and supporting ServiceNow - Demonstrated strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
