Reconcile activities from ACH, Inclearing files, Federal Reserve Bank, debit cards, ATM deposit reconciliation, Shared Services and several other operational Recs to the general ledger accounts using the core system. Perform daily general ledger reconciliation and transaction settlement activities in coordination with Accounting/external vendor related to ATM functions. 

Communicate with branches and partners on settlement issues and processing. Review all non-posted items and research for clearing.

Research and locate variances derived from mis-post to various ledgers until resolution. Look for process improvement and automation with any and all of the current processes. Mangers will assign Recon Specialist work on new projects as needed.

Balance Fiserv ATMs cash withdrawal. cash deposits and image checks after approval in Ensenta. Ensure that ATM claims complies with REG E guidelines. Handle branch/frontline inquiries, ensure Centrix claims meet SLAs for account research and resolution of claims or issues- on-us items. Assist with procedures to ensure effective processes are in place and updated as changes occur.

Work with branches to develop and deliver comprehensive training to member contact employees regarding ATMs. Provide support to employees on all processing functions. Ensure that working knowledge and key personnel is kept current in changing regulatory. Collaborates closely with Branches, Vendors, Shared Services, Compliance, to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of information. Assist with testing of new ATM products and functions.
