Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation to ensure successful project completion.
# Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Initiation
- Develop Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with federal agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
Project Execution and Monitoring
- Manage Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are executed according to the plan.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all work meets federal and industry standards.
- Performance Metrics: Use performance metrics to assess progress and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Subcontractor Management
- Selection and Vetting: Assist in the selection and vetting of subcontractors to ensure they meet all required standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between subcontractors and the main construction team.
Regulatory Compliance and Reporting

- Financial Reporting: Provide detailed financial reports, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Leadership and Team Management
