Our Soccer coaches must have a nurturing spirit that will help cultivate skills and highlight abilities of our players. Characteristics that are important to have are a positive and passionate attitude, enthusiasm, very supportive, trusting, focused, goal-oriented, knowledgeable, observant, respectful, patience, and a clear communicator. Coaches will plan practices and drills weekly for 8 or 10-week sessions based on a curriculum and guidelines set by Joy Sports Academy of Champions. As a Soccer coach, you will be teaching a "Champion's Mindset" which will include basic soccer skills and good sportsmanship in a way that brings joy and fun to kids' lives. We are here to bring joy to the sport of soccer while improving players' skills from ages 2-13 mentally, physically, and technically and teaching tactical components of the game.
Weekly communication is necessary to bring updates to parents/guardians and players.
Pay is $45-$50 per session.
