Busy Main Line Off-Premise Custom Catering Company seeks an experienced individual who possesses strong organizational skills while supervising a team that packs trucks, cleans and reorganizes equipment after events, maintains inventories and pars, and keeps the catering vehicles in top notch condition.

Must possess strong communication skills and can multitask. You need to be a creative problem solver with a strong attention to detail. to improve efficiency, we encourage you to improve existing and implement new systems.

This is a full-time position with compensation commensurate with experience.

We assist one another and take a team approach to seamlessly prepare and execute our events. The Warehouse Operations Manager is primarily responsible for the following:

• Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of all packing staff
• Must be knowledgeable about the details that go into catering an event, from menu to service, to how equipment is used on the job
• The packing manager also works events as time permits
• Attending weekly managers meetings to discuss upcoming events in detail
• Coordinating all purchases related to equipment and supplies and reviewing and comparing venders to guarantee Perfect Setting the best product at the best price
• Responsible for picking up and returning all rental equipment
• Interacting with sales people to make sure that equipment lists are accurate and complete
• Loading and unloading trucks for our various catered events
• Maintaining equipment and supply inventories
• Directing the ream to run errands to pick up rental equipment or make a last-minute purchase for a given event
• Seeing that storages spaces, packing area, loading dock and parking lot remain organized and clean
• Maintaining the catering vehicles in pristine condition to include inspections and repairs
• Along with the packing team, the packing manager will travel to catered events to assist with setup, as necessary
