POSITION OVERVIEW
Security Attendant is responsible for performing security related duties at the welcome Gatehouse while possessing sound communication skills. This individual works closely with TPC Department Heads to maintain Security. This is a 30-hour per week role with hours of 9:00 pm – 7:00 am and includes accrued PTO.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure the safety of the homeowners, members and guests visiting the property.
- Greet and welcome members and guests in a warm, professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and make rounds to ensure safety and security of Club facilities.
- Report suspicious persons, activities or safety hazards found during scheduled shift.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of activity.
- Respond to complaints and make preliminary investigations.
- Contact police, fire, & rescue in case of an emergency and follow established emergency procedures.
- Attendant will patrol parking lots, evict violators from premises if necessary and photograph trespassers.
- Attendants must be accountable for their actions and dependable in their attendance and should demonstrate these characteristics through all scheduled shifts and appointments.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Possess good judgement, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Have a valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Successfully pass a background review, including criminal history
- Have basic knowledge of course environment safety and fire prevention.
