As a Workfront Training Specialist you will Be : -

• Act as Marketing Consultant to join our team to enhance and project manage the training materials and communication for Adobe Workfront.
• Help redefine the usability and interface of the Workfront platform, ensuring different teams within our organization can effectively utilize its features.
• Involve and stay updated with the latest application updates and becoming the go-to expert for Workfront training within our organization.
• Work directly with other project managers, software developers, trainers, web admins, and end users to craft documentation, includes job aids, process guides, training guides, release notes, and other field-facing materials.
• Create comprehensive and user-friendly documentation, guides, Job Aids, and tutorials to facilitate training on the Adobe Workfront platform before each release..
• Innovate and implement improvements to the Workfront training materials, ensuring they are intuitive and accessible for users at all levels.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers and quality assurance teams, to gather insights and translate them into clear, effective training content.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging features, and best practices in Adobe Workfront development to continually improve training materials.
• Offer expert technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workfront training
• Demonstrated proficiency in using and understanding the Adobe Workfront platform.
• Proven experience in technical writing, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging training materials.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating technical requirements into user-friendly content.
• Meticulous attention to detail in creating and reviewing training materials.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely and successful completion.
• Develop engaging informative training materials tailored to various audiences, from end-users to technical staff.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications or training in Adobe Workfront.
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Workfront Fusion for what is does and not necessarily how it works.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies such as.
• Ability to work independently and with a cohesive team of multiple partners.
• Proficiency in programs such as MS Office, GSuite, Slack, Jira, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of emerging trends in project management and technology integration.
• Working knowledge of Agile Processes.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
• Knowledge of digital technologies, products and services, and the overall digital ecosystem.
• Self-starter who provides thoughtful recommendations and solutions.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks / initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details.

The ideal candidate will have : Adobe Workfront, informative training materials, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
