We are actively looking for a demolition estimator to add to our growing team!
Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors and subcontractors
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Reading and understanding all Construction Documents
- Procurement of Materials & Sub Contractor agreements
- Accurate quantity take offs to reach thorough estimate
- Tracking production & identifying change orders
- Management of all project documents
- Responsible for controlling and minimizing risk on projects.
- Work Close with Site Supervisor and Site Engineer for the programming and resourcing projects
- Contract management
