Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical assistance and administrative tasks, with knowledge of vital signs, medical/dental records, and aseptic techniques. Experience with dental hygienist assistant duties, eaglesoft software, imaging, and sterilization is highly desirable.
Duties:
- Assist dental hygienists with patient care procedures
- Record and maintain accurate patient dental records
- Utilize aseptic techniques
-Participate in sterilization
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dental assisting or related field
- Proficiency in vital sign measurement and recording
- Familiarity with maintaining electronic records
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques for infection control
- Experience with 3D scanning technology is a plus
- Previous work as a dental asssitant is advantageous
- Competency in using eaglesoft software is advantageous
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot medical imaging equipment
