Pay for this position begins at $50,000 and could increase based on experience and performance in the role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate the production of digital and printed marketing materials
- Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Organize and coordinate events and promotional activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, parts, service) to ensure consistent brand messaging and support company objectives
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
- Assist in creating email marketing campaigns, including writing, designing, and scheduling emails
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role or similar position
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Google Business Suite
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Ability to work from both our Burlington and Berlin locations as necessary
