**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in the exterior remodeling industry as well as office experience.

This position will start in our Berlin, CT location in hopes to eventually transfer to our Westbrook, CT location after training. Ability to travel between both locations is necessary.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate production workflow for multiple projects

- Ensure all materials are available on site

- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed

- Collaborate with the team to resolve production issues promptly

- Maintain accurate production records

- Contact all customers and communicate scheduling

-Open permits and close permits varying by town

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting a plus

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

-Google Calendars and Gmail proficiency

-Driver's license

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
