Hourly Rate of Pay - $18.07 Berkeley’s newest hotel destination, The Residence Inn by Marriott Berkeley, offers guests contemporary accommodations with fully equipped kitchens, separate living spaces and thoughtful modern amenities.
Located in the heart of Downtown Berkeley, this 17 story property with 331 suites will feature over 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space and a rooftop restaurant and bar with expansive and inspiring views of the city.

Your Role : Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in our guests. Promote menu and beverage offerings.
Open and close out tabs using POS. Help to resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right.
Maintain house bank. Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty Follow set procedures on posting, charges and refunds.
Assist other departments as needed. Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred. Ability to stand and walk with limited bending for extended periods.
Knowledge of Micros, POS systems are a plus! Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $18.07 / Hr. - $18.
07 / Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
