Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious pastries. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods and ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Bake a wide range of bread, pastries, and desserts following traditional and modern recipes
- Prepare doughs, fillings, and batters to create high-quality baked goods
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standard
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role in the food industry: 5 years recommended but some is mandatory
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry-making
- Ability to use kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, and ovens ( rack and deck)
- Strong attention to detail for bread and dough quality
- Culinary or pastry certification is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations
