Our client, a commercial real estate firm with a portfolio of 10M square ft, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with tenants on a regular basis to ensure payments are on time
- Collect payments and address/resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate records for AR tracking
- Report updates to management as needed
- Collaborate with the cash application team to keep track of incoming payments
- Reconcile incoming payments with outstanding receivables
- Address billing inquiries with internal teams
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of collections/account management experience
- Commercial real estate collections experience strongly preferred
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Word
