Oasis Hospitality Group is a family owned & operated hospitality company located in Bentonville, Arkansas focused on bringing high-quality, service-focused bars and restaurants. Currently, we are looking for individuals who can leverage their marketing expertise and creative vision to shape our brand identity and engage viewers with high-quality, catered content.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the current social media for one restaurant and creating a marketing strategy for opening a second bar/ restaurant and posting regularly there as well. You will need to be comfortable taking photos of food and cocktails for content. This will be a part-time contract based position with the opportunity to become a full-time role as we expand our concept offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts for 2 bar/ restaurant businesses to start (with more to come next year).
• Create content plans and execute regular posts 3-4 times per week.
• Capture engaging social media content including reels, photos of food, photos of guest experience, and tell our brand story through content creation.
• Craft compelling marketing campaigns that showcase our F&B offerings, special events, and promotions to attract and retain a loyal customer base.
• Establish a marketing strategy, set targets, and achieve these through organized implementation and strategic reflection.
• Work with 3rd party experts in SEO, photography/ videography, and advertising to execute marketing goals.
• Collaborate with management to establish a brand story and periodic goals.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with local influencers, media outlets, and community organizations to amplify our brand message and expand our reach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including social media management, SEO, and content marketing.
• Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target demographic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and email marketing.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
