We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated PCA/Caregivers to join our team. As a PCA/Caregiver with Citadel Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing essential care and support.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing companionship. We offer flexible schedules, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a PCA/Caregiver preferred, but not required
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
