Busy office looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for residential and commercial properties. Individual must be detail-oriented, process driven, multi-tasker with ability to prioritize tasks. Construction experience is a plus; knowledge of plumbing and landscaping would be an asset. Must have customer service presence and ability to navigate tenant and owner communication Duties would include the following, but aren't limited to:

- Screening/scheduling tenant work orders

- Project Management

- Data Entry/ Record keeping

- Unit Turn work

- Supervising maintenance team

- Maintaining vendor relations/contracts

- Scheduling/Reviewing annual inspections

- Communicating frequently with property owners

- Collecting project bids

-Facilitate major repair/insurance claim project as needed

-Facilitate onsite maintenance as needed

-Responding to maintenance emergencies during business hours

- Follow up with vendors any assigned work orders

- Ordering supplies/materials

- Approving invoices related to maintenance and work orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.01 - $27.00 per hour
