Location: Bend, Oregon area

Compensation: Pay/HR DOE (Depends on Experience)

We are currently seeking a professional, organized, punctual, driven, and dynamic self-starter for the position of Delivery Driver. If you excel at building personal relationships, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy being on the road making new connections, we want to hear from you. You must be a dedicated team player committed to supporting our sales efforts, brand story, and overall mission while effectively adhering to a set schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to drive all over Oregon, with all days starting at our headquarters in Bend, OR.

Core Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles to deliver cannabis products with exceptional service.
  • Adhere to a pre-set delivery schedule, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Drive 4 days a week, enjoying a 3-day weekend.
  • Work long days, driving up to 10-11 hours per day.
  • Communicate a professional, organized, positive, and comprehensive company message during all customer interactions.
  • Represent the company, brand, and team in alignment with our mission, goals, and objectives.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our current and developing products, brand position, and dispensary personnel.
  • Distribute product sample packs to shops, educating shop staff on product types and specifics of samples.
  • Keep track of all changing management and contacts.
  • Handle and track payments accurately and responsibly.

  • Know the greater Portland geographical area well.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Possess a valid Marijuana worker permit.
  • Remain compliant with all legal, OLCC, and company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
  • Attend meetings at our headquarters in Bend for product training and strategy sessions.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. This job function may include extended periods of sitting.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Demonstrate inventory management experience.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than one moving violation in the last 12 months.
  • Complete a background check with no disqualifying offenses.
  • Understand and comply with all state regulations related to the delivery and distribution of cannabis​
