Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company one of Oregon's largest General Contractors is searching for a Lead Carpenter experienced in structural concrete, structural steel, wood framing and finish carpentry. You would lead and coach a team of carpenters. Someone in this role will have the opportunity to grow and influence the direction of KNCC’s self-perform unit.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage & mentor craft workers (general laborers/concrete form setters) while carrying out assignments related to concrete forming, placement, finishing, curing, and cutting
• Schedule, manage, and supervise the planning, lay-out, material storage, maintenance, and inspections of concrete construction in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes and industry standards
• Prepare the building foundation layout
• Maintain relationships with other trades, sub-tier contractors, and main project team
• Work on elevated platforms, such as ladders and scaffolding
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certified
• Lead KNCC’s Safety Program
• Use of Construction Technology such as Procore, MS Office, and iPads’s
• Other onsite carpentry tasks as needed
